Wow, I hear ya !
I ate whatever I wanted before I found out I had worms. And the discovery started after I realized I better do something about my distended stomach- and I couldnt fit into any more of my jeans. My eyes also looked dull and grey.
I did a
Colon Cleanse -- and that sure opened my eyes!
After that I realized I better change my eating and lifestyle. Now I do really enjoy many of the raw fruits and veggies I eat. I often crave them anymore, and meat is now a turn-off more than it used to be. I enjoy making differnt dressings for my salads-which taste WAYYYY better than stuff they sell in the grocery stores.
For my breakfasts, I have fun with raw berries and a variety of raw nuts, and seeds with a dash of olive oil and some unrefined maple syrup over it. Then some herbal tea afterwards!
I eat tons of protein from protein rich veggies- and my muscles are actually more toned than before. My cellulite is also gone and everyone at work is asking me how i am losing weight when I dont bother going to a gym.
For the first time in my life I like how I look- and this is ironic, because I didnt change my lifestyle so I could lose weight. Killing the worms was the first priority. Eating a wide range of raw fruits and veggies actually do help your muscles stay toned and even help with calcium and magnesium. My fingernails rarely split anymore.
What a change in my lifestyle from only a year ago!
finding you have
parasites actually can be good for you!
