Hi Blackbox,
The scary part of answering your question of how long you should stay on a
parasite cleanse.. well, for me I didn't know I had
parasites at all, and certainly not any that you could actually see! It's been the most shocking thing I've ever experienced. I am only doing a 3 month cleanse because that is what my friends did, and they turned me on to this. (thank you friends!!) I wasn't bowel cleansing in the beginning, which I should have been at the same time, but I personally just started seeing
parasites at 2 months, and now I'm seeing several different things coming out of me daily. (I think if I had really been bowel cleansing I would have sped things along since
parasites can be more in "crevices" or old fecal matter.. (yuck)). I do think that whatever cleanse you do that staying on some kind maintenance once a week is imperative, since we are being exposed to new parasites all the time, and also eating foods that aren't favorable to them seems pretty key and avoiding sugar. I didn't really have any symptoms that would have gotten me to a doctor or anything.. just general lower energy than I have now, and some occasional bloating and constipation problems which I always just equated with something I ate. I used to crave sugary foods though, and I don't at all now, so that's pretty wild in retrospect since that's what they like -- I always just thought I had kind of a sweet tooth.
A month seems like a good amount of time on a cleanse, and it looks like a lot of the cleanses are around this long and probably cover it so long as you are doing maintenance, eating well, and keeping "regular". The chart and dosages I was given were the way my friends did it successfully so I just went with that (it eases its way to being high dosages and peaks at three weeks, then drops down for the rest of the three months to 3 cloves, 20 drops of
Black-Walnut , and 7
Wormwood .. (those are the only things I take) This may be more extreme in thoroughness, but I can't argue with it, since it obviously worked.
The mentions of Ornithine when associated with a
parasite cleanse, are still only for sleeping soundly. There's no other purpose. I'm going to get some for the
Liver Flush since having a restful sleep might be an issue, but unless you don't sleep soundly, there's no reason for it on a
parasite cleanse. You may also see Arginine listed some places, which is only for energy and has nothing to do with killing parasites. Also not necessary if you are sleeping soundly. I've never had a problem sleeping while cleansing.
I'm going to do my
Liver Flush soon. I've actually never done one before, I've only taken liver support vitamins, or tea, so I've never experienced passing stones before. I know I need it though, so that's sure to be interesting. Did you already do a liver flush?
:)
