Thank you for sharing...It's good to hear from someone who understands (I'm reluctant to talk to anyone about it here, this is not a topic you can just toss round at lunch).
I'm finally accepting this but for a while I thought it was just something that happens to other people, in some 3rd world country... :<
I've been greatly helped by coffee enemas( perhaps you should consider doing a series of them: it's very effective in so many ways), and kept doing them because of the huge amounts of mucus coming out with each one, often with gallstones/bits of maybe
parasite in them (I found out that the mucus is caused by the presence of parasites, esp in the liver, the mucus is the body's attempt to get rid of it, or protect itself, I guess).
I did a course of Psyllium and
Bentonite shakes, that's when, after about a week the first time, the mucoid plaques started coming out ("ropes" of old, twisted, rubbery dark stuff). The
Bentonite absorbs toxins and pulls the plaque away from the intesinal wall, psyllium moves it out.
Yes, it makes you wonder where the heck can all this stuff be coming from... It appears to be coming out of the small intestine, and sometimes I would actually feel the pieces separating from the intesitne's wall, eventually it would make it's way out (doesn't take too long with P&B fiber moving everything along).
I did not believe at first that I even have any of this stuff in me, it's not like I'm obese (who has room, right?), but, then I didn't think I had any parasites, either.
After taking the fiber and
Bentonite at night, I would drink a ACV/cayenne tincture/molasses/lemon juice drink, alternating it with maybe aloe vera gel or graperuit seed extract drops in water; depending on of how I would feel...
With taking the myrrh, I did not feel any heat, but there was a reaction, I felt small spasms in the lower intestines.
I knew it was working, when , getting up at 2:30 AM (haven't been sleeping too well since finding out I have this stuff in me), I went to the kitchen to put away some
coffee enema mix I fixed earlier, and decided to do one.
Being tired, I fell asleep for a couple of hours with the retention enema still in (oops)...
When I finally went to the bathroom, I got out a large number of intestinal flukes, the most ever. I was shocked, but happy to get it out.
That was the day after I started taking Myrrh. It has many properties (quoting from www.botanical.com):
"Astringent, healing. Tonic and stimulant. A direct emmenagogue, a tonic in dyspepsia, an expectorant in the absence of feverish symptoms, a stimulant to the mucous tissues, a stomachic carminative, exciting appetite and the flow of gastric juice, and an astringent wash.
It is used in chronic catarrh, phthisis pulmonalis, chlorosis, and in amenorrhoea is often combined with aloes and iron. As a wash it is good for spongy gums, ulcerated throat and aphthous stomatitis, and the tincture is also applied to foul and indolentulcers. It has been found helpful in bronchorrhoea and leucorrhoea. It has also been used as a vermifuge. "
But, as with anything, I think it's best to use different herba and rotate as necessary, because the critters may have a way to adapt (aside from the basic
Clarkia herbs).
I'm doing another
Liver-Flush in a week, to see what happens (I've had great results esp since I started using Malic Acid, in the form of Magnesuium Malate, until the last one).
How long have you been battling this yourself? What got you started?
Thank you.
Cheers
