I just started another parasite cleanse(Paragone) again. The first time i took paragone it had great results on my acne, then i did the Liver Flush , and the Acne came back worse.By the way i didn't notice any worms just small peices of white things in my bowels, i wonder what the paragone was killing off? Anyways its been three weeks since i finished my last box of paragone, and about a week since i last did the liver flush. Is it okay to start over by doing another parasite cleanse and this time im going to add some PB shakes in , and then try another liver flush? Also, should i be supplementing? If so, what vitamins do you suggest? Thanks alot:)
