Liver Chi contains what? I know Dr. Moscos has his patients do a liver cleanse, and he recommends for liver support an herbal blend of artichoke leaf extract and sarsaparilla root extract. I would not be able to handle the artichoke (allergy); I use milk thistle. I know Dr. Moscos recommends his patients use "optimized water." He recommends a company (Nikken) that has a machine you use at home to produce that - it changes your ph and puts more oxygen in because the water's molecular structure is changed.

Have you checked the Blood Type Diet program also? Any foods you are allergic to will add an additional burden to your liver.

Lovely thing about the liver - it regenerates - just don't give up on it and don't overstress it again.

You would want to use the ozonated olive oil that Dr. Hulda Clark talks about in her books plus vitamin E and the ozonated water (that small amount daily).
