I just purchased some Oregano Oil from Vitality Works, but I've just found out that Oil of Oregano may be the only brand that's really effective. How true is this. Is it worth returning what I've already purchased?- look at carvocal % on bottle Wrenn

This is a reply to # 466,844It says that 2 drops contain 14.4 mg. Carvacrol. I don't know how that translates into percentage.

This is a reply to # 466,854www.survival.com. This is where I found my oil of oregano. Its 85% caravcrol undiluted. I mix 10 drops of exta virgin olive oil with one drop of oil of oregano. We then take a total off 6 drops under the tongue through out the day. Its a one ounce bottle for around 20 dollars. Will last along time. Do not taste it at full strength. My husband did, he was miserable all nite long. :) I told him not to, you know how that goes! That with the raw pumkins seeds I have gotten rid of a nasty tape worm and some other things. My sinuses have been really good. Usually have a hard time with them. We did do a parasite cleanse prior to this. And of course coconut oil. Now I'm going to start making Kefir. Lenny

This is a reply to # 466,857Thanks Wren. I will check out that web site. The raw pumkin seeds, we get at our local peoples coop. I put out a dish every day and by the end of the day there gone. They get sort of addictive. The web site where I got the oregano oil are very nice people to deal with. Merry Christmas to you Wren and everyone on this site. I have really enjoyed the forums.
