((((Midge!))))
Since you have no idea how IF#2 works with your body when you're not juice fasting, there really no way to compare and contrast what's happening with the IF#2 now.
I think the most important thing here to make sure all the IF#2 stays really wet so there's no way it can turn into a "mud/poop lump", so continue to drink 8-12
ounces with every dose, along with your normal intake of water and juice.
Every time you do the ES or an enema, you're emptying a high percentage of what's in your colon (the fecal matter that is almost ready to come out, and that which is further up), so then it will take longer for your colon to fill back up and work it's way down to the point it feels the need to expel (which is kinda frustrating, eh?). If it were me, I'd go the IF#1 route, as the ingredients in IF#1 simply cause your colon to "squeeze along" whatever happens to be in there...it doesn't "flush out" everything like the ES or an enema.
IF #1 Instructions: take one (and only one!) and see what effect it has; if you don't "go enough" to suit you, then the next day, take two...and so forth - increasing only by one capsule at a time. If you take a bunch at once, you might just learn the "laws of jet propulsion" (as
Dr. Schulze says, lol).
I really kind of doubt you have any kind of serious issue here at all. It sounds to me like your digestive tract is just relatively empty because of the juicing, and your intestines just don't feel the need to squeeze stuff out, because there's not a lot of stuff to be squoze :) And because you're not familiar with the way your body reacts normally to juice-fasting, OR to IF#2, you're naturally a bit concerned about what's happening. Remember, your body has been through a LOT of "digestive trauma" in all the years you've been alive, and if you've never had a serious issue with severe constipation, it's really not likely you're going to develop one now while doing all the healthy stuff you're doing.
However, if this is stressing you out, just ditch the
Colon Cleanse for a little while. I know you're trying to heal yourself from other issues, and a clean colon is really good, BUT stress is REALLY not good. To me (in this case anyway), it would be more beneficial to your healing to be stress-free that to have a perfectly cleaned pipeline (especially if your pipeline is acting relatively normal).
And that's what I think I know about that :) 'Hope it makes sense or helps you out some :)
