I took the Oxypowder for seven days before I became sick. But I really like the product. Just a few capsules to take before bed. No foul-tasting powders to mix up, no continually juicing. I like the Oxypowder because it's so EASY. It is expensive, there's no doubt. But I wasted a lot of money on bowel kits that either didn't work or worked only in a very limited way. Everything is liquified with Oxypowder . So far, have removed some black stuff, some green (I think left in my colon from Liver Flushes that I didn't finish off properly) and some beige stuff. And I still have far to go! I will probably do it at intervals and take breaks in between.
