Hi All...
Really need some advice from experienced "bowel cleansers"!
I read on these boards that it was best to wait several days into the bowel cleanse, before starting the
parasite cleanse...said it was best to get stool out so that the
parasite cleanse can get into striations of bowel to get eggs, larva, etc.
That sounded logical to me [newbie at cleansing] so that's how I planned to do it. I also saw that "ParaGone" was recommended by many experienced cleansers, so that is what I purchased. I also plan on using "Mag O7" oxy-type cleanse.
I just read the pkg insert from "ParaGone" and it says NOT to use if having diarrhea or loose stools & discontinue use if they occur whilst using the product. It also lists quite a lot of the foods I was planning on including during my cleanse as ones NOT to eat while using "ParaGone"...such as; yeast foods, fruits & juices [other than lemons, limes, cranberries].
I purchased a lot of organic fruits to eat & juice along with veggies & sprouted grain products & home made soups...this was going to be my "diet" during the cleanse!
Now what???? Should I just wait till I finish the "Mag O7" colon cleanse, then do the
parasite cleanse?
BTW...the insert also says it is "traditionally used to balance intestinal microbes & candida"...don't see anything on the box or insert that mentions "tapeworms,
parasites or other critters" :-) and the word CLEANSE is not to be seen! So, what is it...cleanse or not? If it is...what exactly does it get rid off???
HELP is desperately needed...as you can plainly see!...and it will be MUCH appreciated!
Thanks
