this is true. i didn't have the money to buy the entire blessed herb program, so i did mine with 1 tblspn psyillium powder ($11 made by health plus) mixed with 1 tblspn of liquid Bentonite i think was $10 made by Great Plains) both mixed in organic apple juice 5 times a day; followed immediately by 16 oz PURE WATER (aka distilled water sold in a #2 plastic bottle not the kind from grocery store in the #1 plastic bottles) mixed in room temperature apple juice (if it was cold i couldn't get it down easy or fast). in the 16 oz water i would put drops of my own peppermint and my own ginger i already had = this i used as the toxin absorber;

and for the night time herbs i had some fennel seed, ginger, and 1 capsule cascara sagrada that i already here (made by Solaray). (these are just some of the ingredients of the herb packets BH provides.

On the 3rd, 4th, 5th days i used oxycleanse (4 capsules) and i am continuing on the toxin absorber and oxy cleanse this week which is days 6-10. i used the oxycleanse to replace getting a colonic and doing an enema because it is not possible for me to do those here at my house and i cannot afford a series of colonics.

so far great! i walk 1 mile a day and then work out at gym for their 1-hour classes, either zumba or the bodywork classes and then yoga every day except sundays.

it became quite obvious that 5 days was not enough for a Colon Cleanse so i extended it except i don't do the toxin absorber 5 times, i just do it 2x and do not use the cascara sagrada. eventually i will go to just at night doing the toxin aborber.

i'm 5'1" weigh 119 lbs, in good shape and eat mostly vegetables and had done Colon Cleanses before many times, even so i was FILTHY inside and still am and there's no way 5 days would've worked for me.

oh, i eat 3 sticks of Celery during this time to sweep the stuff that the toxin absorber losened and that the oxycleanse losened as well. the 3 sticks of Celery is the intestinal BROOM.

hope this helps someone who cannot afford the blessed herbs program. i found their instructions on the internet and used that as my guide, but as i said i had done many fasts through the years and Colon Cleanses so i am familiar with how it works.

i did a total of 40 day fast when it's all added up together. 2 weeks eating 1 salmon patty with rice, 3 sticks Celery nothing else every day. Followed by 10 days apple juice fast and used oxycleanse during that time, and THEN i did the water only with the 5x a day pysillium Bentonite ginger/peppermint. Now I am just doing it 2x per day and i've incorprated 2 tbspns apple cider vinegar, every 2 days do the raw veggies with 3 sticks of celery.

Doing liver cleanse after this.

i hear you stop when your tongue turns pink. mine is no longer white coated, but not yet pink.
