MoreThis is a reply to # 458,351I think this is one of the finest and most trusted companies around. I've read that Dr. Clark thinks they are a good company as well as MH. Their herbs are of highest quality and their knowledge is gold. I did the Bowel Cleanse kit and was really happy with the results. I would only imagine their full kit is as good as the kit I did. I can't afford that much money right now.. but I hope to do it in the future.

This is a reply to # 458,365Not worth it in my opinion. I have done her colon cleanse..twice in fact. And that works great..I love it. So, I decided to try the "big one". So, you take this stuff..but nothing happens. It's not like the Colon Cleanse where you can see the Mucoid Plaque come out of you. This is different..you can't see anything or feel anything. So, you can't really tell if it's working or not. I mean, things are probably happening inside of you..but you don't know for sure. You get to the end of the 21 days..and you're like ok I don't know what that was.

This is a reply to # 458,367.....the intense 5-day cleanse is better than the longer 21-day cleanse? Some people have said they've seen ropes the second day.

This is a reply to # 458,378For cleaning the colon..yes the 5 day is much better. The 21 day is not really a colon cleanse. It does come with a little mini colon cleanse. But it's not really enough to pass ropes. You only drink one shake per day (and not even every day). I think it comes with about 14.

This is a reply to # 458,367I went to the BH website and was reading about their colon cleanse, to see if I might duplicate for less $$. I have Holistic Horizons, which has most of the same stuff as BH (just need to add a few things such as cascara, etc.). What can you have during the 5 day liquid fast?? I am not doubting the effectiveness of BH; I am just doubting whether or not I can afford to shell out more money for bowel cleansers :-)

This is a reply to # 458,402Well, I've never used any Colon Cleanse other than BH. So, You'll have to ask people who've used HH if it works.
You can't eat during the 5 days. I guess you can have veggie broth or more apple juice if you need it.
