The only advice i can tell you is buy the Colonix Program. www.drnatura.com It is the best thing that has happened to me in a long time. I used to be depressed, had bad acne, and was an all around sad guy. I defecated every once in awhile; but was never truly satisfied when i was done. I could tell i had more in me. This program taks everything out, from parasites to impacted fecal matter which makes it hard for other fecal matter to pass through. It might cost 75$. But its well worth it.
