I just finished my 3rd month on the program. I chose to do the program for 3 months due to my poor diet. It is not necessary for everyone to do 3 months. It is wonderful. I feel wonderful
and a lot cleaner. I lost weight (8lbs) My skin has cleared up wonderfully. I am still using the fiber product. I have not found a fiber product that works as well.

I have been on the colonix program for only about two weeks now. I think you will like it! It tastes better than any other product I've tried, and I already passed some plaque two days ago! I was very surprised and didn't expect it to work so fast! I haven't gotten constipated from all the fiber like with other products I've tried, either. It also hasn't given me diarrhea.
I also have Acne and have been taking an herbal product containing senna for YEARS just so I could go every day. I didn't know senna wasn't recommended for long term use until recently. I'm hoping once I clear everything out once and for all, my body will work normally again.

The Colonix kit is an excellent start to colon cleansing. It's the best tasting fiber drink I've encountered yet. It is easy to fit into most people's schedules and cleanses gently but effectively. I did have a little trouble with the garlic in the Paranil capsules so I'm trying out the kit with Paranil Jr, liquid anti parasite formula now.

Week 1 of my first Colonix kit was my 'hurdle' week. It took me a few days to figure out how much water I needed to drink and when. The first two days were great, then I got bunged up on the third day. I drank more water and brewed the KleriTea longer on that day and it solved the problem.

One thing to be aware of when you start cleansing - emotional toxins that are stored in your body may come up to be cleared out as well. When I recommend Colonix to my friends and clients, I let them know about this and tell them to call if they need moral support. The Colonix program may take longer than other programs, but it's worth it not to ovewhelm yourself, either physically or mentally.
