Hi, You know there is a recipe discussion group here on this forum. I was going to post this to it, but will share with you. I am just beginning a mostly veggie regime. I will eat fish and possibly organic meat occasionally. (had fresh trout a couple nights ago... yum.)
I had this last night. I made some brown rice medley (several different brown and wild rices) (I make my rice with 1 cup of rice and one can of broth)
I steamed broccoli (nice and crisp) cut it up and put it on the rice. Then I drizzled sesame seed oil over it and sprinkled on
Sea Salt . (I'm on the
Water Cure so I gotta get that salt in)
It was delicious. Sesame seed oil has a lot of flavor, very nutty, and good for you.
