"Then, my poo became a very very light, pale tan, and it had a strange texture. It was like this for two days and then I began eating normally again and it subsided. Do you think this was some signal that my liver needs to be cleared out?"
Pale tan can be an indication of not enough bile (gallbladder has too many gallstones, for example). However, this can be influenced by the color of what you're eating and how much fat it contains, and you say that you weren't eating fat. It's good that it went to normal color when you ate normally, but there was that pressure that felt like a gallbladder thing, so you might want to do a proactive liver/gallbladder cleanse rather that waiting until the eleventh hour like so many do when they have a full-fledged gallbladder attack.
As far as the various cleanses go, most folks seem to get the most miles per gallon with the liver cleanse (more energy, more symptoms clearing). It can also take some time to finish, since we have to wait two weeks between cleanses. It's not unusual for it to take 3-6 months to get totally clear, so that's another consideration that may influence your scheduling decision.
Good luck on whatever you choose, and keep us posted on how things are going. Count yer stones!
