Hi there!
I did a Liver Flush about three weeks ago and was pretty poorly (I know, I know, I should have zapped the parasites but I have been doing that gently for many months now anyway so I didn't think it would be necessary). Anyway, my question is this: will I feel just as horribly nauseous when I do my second flush? Or will it be a breeze? Please could someone allay my fears (or confirm them!) as the thought of going through that again is putting me off. I know that I have to do another one or two flushes so really need advice SOON!

You know, your 1st flush is usually the hardest and I personally believe a lot of that has to do with being apprehensive. I know that was true for me because I didn't know what to expect.
Each flush I completed (and there were several) became a little easier, so go ahead and flush.

That's just it though, I wasn't apprehensive; I didn't know what to expect at all. I found this forum afterwards so had no idea that dry retching came into it whatsoever (yes, I held it down - but only just!). I got the impression mild nausea may occur a few hours after drinking the oil, but whoa! It was far worse than that. Oh well, just guess that I'll have to get it over with and hope for the best! I am drinking only pure apple juice from now until tomorrow's 2pm so that may help. I'll let you know if I handle it well this time!

Hi again
I didn't take Ornithine the first time round and as the ornithine is for absorbing toxins released into the body therefore aiding sleep (so I have read on this forum) could omitting this have made me feel worse? If so, I will get some tomorrow. I presume that I get it from a health store? It's not actually a sleeping tablet though is it?
