I've been diagnosed with gallstones through an ultrasound. Surgery was recommended which I refused, hoping I could get rid of the stones and related health problems by natural methods. Monday I tried my first gallbladder/liver flush,using Dr.Hulda Clarks's method, and was very sick (nausea, headache,shoulder pain etc.) Is this the way it's supposed to be or am I doing something wrong? Would a 7 or 5 day flush be easier?- Re: gallstone flush #83665

This is a reply to # 449,728Try the classic Coke Cleanse, I found it to be the only one I can handle. I recommend doing a dose of es ahead of time. Good Luck!

Doing the parasite cleanse is supposed to help with nausea. With headaches, I find drinking alot of water during the day (during hours you can still eat) helps. I am prone to headaches, especially after Epsom Salts and this did help me. Shoulder pain sounds like gb related. To reduce gb pain with flush, I upped my oo to 3/4 c. instead of the 1/2 Dr. Clark says to use.
Good luck and don't give up. Even with the side effects, flushing is better than surgery!!! I was supposed to have surgery also because of multiple stones and frequent attacks. Now, here I am 5 flushes later (not done yet though) with all parts still intact!

It is recommended that you do the following cleanses in the following order:
Colon detox (must)
parasite detox (must)
blood cleanse (optional)
kidney cleanse (optional)
liver/gallbladder flush
Some people have skipped the parasite one and was ok and some got really sick. Each cleanse preps for the next one to make it more bearable. Kinda like cleaning house, although you can mop before you sweep, it is more wise to sweep a floor before mopping.
There are a lot of info here in these forums. Take some time and read the cleansing info on the curezone.com and some really good colon detox stuff at www.hps-online.com and then ask your questions be informed before making your decisions. Hope this helps.

This is a reply to # 449,746I did them separately, but I think there may have been some that did it together on a slightly different protocol.
I did it separately because prior to my first Master-Cleanse I had never fasted before or done any type of cleansing before, other than a yeast detox.
