Not quite sure how else to explain what I seen in the bowl this A.M.

First off I started my day with cup of decaf green tea, I had a total of 7 lemonaids yesterday. About 1 pm I was feeling weak and tired (I started period, and it was VERY heavy) I drank a cup of manderin orange spice herbal tea and about 30 minutes later felt like moving again. I am on day 2 of parasite cleanse also, I had a BP shake at 4:30 and then ended the evening with lax tea at 10:30 I woke at 5:25 and headed to the bowl, my intestines were roaring and I massaged my belly and out came something.

I got up to look and the combination of the site and the smell (the smell could be bottled as a chemical gas!)I got all hot and started the puke coughs it was so horrible. I probably stood there 1 solid minute staring in disbelief. I got my plastic glove on and was then looking for something long...a fingernail file will do, with a clean wash rag on my nose and the other hand fishing I pulled up a rope and this time I KNOW it is a rope, the center was slightly smaller than the tip of my pinky and then widened out, and the center was tough like umbilical cord tough. I had 4 of these! and the were all 6 to 8 inches in length! I had to show DH so I woke him up and he stumbled in the bathroom under the advice to hold his nose! His exact words were "OH MY GOD..THAT IS SO GROSS" "I can't believe that worked"

Surely there can't be anymore those...I weighed in and the scale said 140 I am down 5.5 pounds, not really on this to lose weight but do need to lose "the last ten pounds" The Acne impovement has only been slight I am still going for the full 10 days and then doing a liver cleanse..I will gauge the next couple of days by what I see in the bowl. I can say the anxiety, Depression has been lifted and energy level restored.

At this moment I feel like a commercial I see on TV I believe it is Cheerios a guy goes around telling people he does not know "Hey I have lowered my cholesterol" I feel like saying "Hey I just rid my body of 4 8 inch muciod plaque ropes"

OK OK I am still amazed!
