Most suggest waiting two weeks- gives stones time to move forward. For me personally, I get better results if I wait three weeks or more. It is also best to make sure you are completely "recovered" before doing the next flush. If it seems to take alot out of you, you should wait. On the other hand, if the pain you're in is a gallbladder attack, you may want to flush again right away to relieve symptoms.

Nothing is black and white with flushing, gotta just do what feels right to you :)

Hey Akashic...sounds like you had a pretty interesting flush! I have to say that I've heard a few people say that they got out 'coffee grounds' looking stuff. We still don't know what these are! strange.

Also, you said you got out some transparenty 'rice paper' stuff? Were they square or rectangle by any chance?? Thin? Both me and my friend have gotten out stuff that looks like that from our liver flushes...and guess what? Could be sections of a tape worm!! Because tape worms are segmented like that! Why else would there be square/rectangle pieces? eiy eiy eiy. Anyway, just thought I'd check with you to see if you had the same thing. Mine were a pale transparent amber colour.

Also, my period came early and right on the morning of one of my flushes - the liver deals with estrogen too, so I guess the flush is really having an affect on the liver!

Sorry to hear you're in pain...is it due to your period or is it under the right rib gallbladder pains? If you're in gallbladder pain it's best to flush again...or at the very least take some Epsom Salts to relax the muscles.

Yes, most people are urged to wait 2 weeks between flushes, unless you're in acute pain...

Do let us know how you recover....and did you keep your Liver Flush finds? ha. They keep in the freezer...some of us do that!
