Well day 2 of the liquid wind-down...sipping my vegetable broth as I type...

Remembered I never really cared much for orange juice as it was too sweet, so on day 2 added grapefruit to the orange juice...much better...

This morning an interesting specimen came out. I still am drinking the laxative teas to ensure movement. I had an early non-remarkable BM, then later I had the urge to go again. This time it exploded out my bowel like a large gas, only there was substance. Looking in the bowl I saw what looked like intestine shaped feces all strung together. Not sure what it was, I had to explore it, so I found a wire hanger, and probed it. While it was feces covered, it seemed to be a weak spaghetti band inside holding it together. This is after not eating for 11 1/2 days...
