The first 2 or 3 days are the worst, hang in there. The caffeine withdrawal is likely making it worse too.
My day 1 and 2 were bad with headaches, lightheadedness. I drank as much as I could, had a quick cleaning shower, then took an
Epsom Salt bath (as hot as I could take it, scrubbed every 5 minutes, the water turned gray, even though I went in squeaky clean from my shower), then went to bed early. Felt amazing the next morning.
Your body is likely still adjusting the fast, cayenne pepper, toxins being stirred up, etc and it's likely also learning how to adjust until your next BM.
Hang in there but also listen to your body too.
