I recently started taking F1 again and i'm having stomache cramps and a bad headache. Does it kill parasites? I would like to do a parasite cleanse as well - does Dr. S. have one? Can i do these together? Does F3 kill parasites also? (i'm thinking of getting that).

Can i take something for the headache?
