I never knew you could actually ingest hydrogen peroxide! I read here on this site that you can add it to water and it helps with colds and all....I thought hydrogen peroxide was poisonous if ingested! isn't it corosive? but, hey, if it really does help with colds and flu stuff, I'll try it.! and what about olive leaf? This is a reply to # 433,353hydrogen peroxide is best at the 3% level,you mix it with water(you dont need much)......They sell 35%,but you have too be careful with it(it is very strong and ive heard of it exploding in the bottle).

This is a reply to # 433,356BE SURE YOU ARE GETTING FOOD GRADE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE....that is not what you can buy at the grocery or drug store. I understand that its the preservatives in the peroxide that is why it is toxic. The food grade hydrogen peroxide that I found at a health food store was an odd percentage (like 25%) so I just followed the directions on the bottle... also know this is not cheap... but if it works........
