hydrogen peroxide

I never knew you could actually ingest hydrogen peroxide! I read here on this site that you can add it to water and it helps with colds and all....I thought hydrogen peroxide was poisonous if ingested! isn't it corosive? but, hey, if it really does help with colds and flu stuff, I'll try it.! and what about olive leaf? It was recommended to get it from eastpark.com - is that the best place to get it? any info would be appreciated. Jarel Tweet
