I did my second Liver Flush ( Dr. Clarks ) last night. My first BM this morning was solid and then all wet after that. I have had 5 BM's in 4 hours and have not seen any stones. I did see what looked like a kidney bean cut in half lengthwise but alot smaller, not even a quarter inch in length. There were 2 of them. I ate alot of vegetables yesterday and wonder is this is only some piece of food I ate yesterday.
The first flush a week ago produced nothing as well. Prior to the first flush I did the Master-Cleanse for 18 days, and incorporated the P&B shakes and a parasite cleanse for the last 8 days plus 7 more days.

This is a reply to # 429,735Maybe you should have waited 2-3 weeks in between flushes instead of one week.
When you attempt your third flush, wait 2-3 weeks and see what happens.

MoreThis is a reply to # 429,735Eddar, I can't believe it! I think you hold the record for no stones in two flushes! How dissappointing. Is your bile able to be released at all, I wonder? Are your bm's a good dark brown colour, normally? Have you had gallbladder pain in the past...and do you still feel pain now? And you're following the recipe exactly?
The kidney-like bean thing cut in half is a little suspicious. Maybe you have parasites in there...If I were you I would start a parasite cleanse right away and then do your next flush in 2 weeks. People often get scary parasite stuff out on a liver flush, while in the middle of a parasite cleanse. It's just a hunch...it might be a really good thing to do, Eddar!

This is a reply to # 429,743what is an mc? if your over 30 and have never had a parasite cleanse i would definatly sugest that. i had real good results with about 150 stones my first time. i only did a parasite cleanse for a week before. but what i think may have helpt me was i took msm for 2 months before. maybe that reduced all the inflamation so they got to pass by a little easier, i dont know but if all else fails try it. keep tryin though dont quit. let me know what a mc is, thanks

This is a reply to # 429,743I also followed Clarks Liver Flush with disappointing results. No stones, no bile. I'm wondering if my bile is even releasing. How would I know? I have been to the powder room at least 20 times today with watery stools, but nothing green in color. Is there a problem if I am not releasing bile? Do I need to take additional Olive Oil?
Other than not getting any results, I really had no problem drinking the salts or OO (Olive-Oil) & GF. No nausea or anything & I slept fairly well.

I did do a parasite cleanse for 15 days prior to my first Liver Flush last week, and seen no sign of any creepy crawlies at all. My wet/water BM's today were lightly green in colour for most of the day today. I will wait 2 weeks before doing the Liver Flush again. If I get no stones, I guess I don't have any.

This is a reply to # 429,762I also suspect I have poor bile flow, because my poops have not been dark brown for a long, long time, and my skin has a yellowish cast, which I think is backed-up bile. Have you tried Julia Chang's herbs (www.sensiblehealth.com)? I think she has really good products. The coptis (taken at night) is supposed to increase bile flow, and the Gold Coin Grass is supposed to soften stones so they can get out easier. That might be worth checking out before you do another flush. Also, in a couple of weeks I'm going for some "visceral manipulation." I know a lot of bodyworkers, and it's a technique that can help to reposition organs that have gotten twisted or stuck where they're not supposed to be.
