hi guys!
i've made Master-Cleanse + B&P and salty water oral flushes (which is called in this site "Ultimate Cleansing")already twice for ten days each time, the second time also two friends have joined me, and the results have been AMAZING! all of us have released mucoid plaque in quantity, and this without unpleasant enemas or colemas or colonics, just with this salty water oral flush, that is an ancient ayurvedic practice called shamprakshalana.
(2 even tsp of Sea Salt per liter of warm water; 1 or 2 liters are enough during the fasting; it passes through all the digestive system and all parts of the bowel and cleanse everything)
I would recommend it to everybody for its great simplicity and effectiveness, really.
But!
I'm afraid I have candida, damn! which means that the Master-Cleanse is not good for me, at least as long as I have the nusty yeast in the system, so I'm going for a Water Fasting plus supplements next time.
But I want to get rid of candida too, of course, and fast! I read about Threelac but it's expensive, do you know if by just cleansing with B&P plus an antiparassite like Clarkia I would be able to get rid of it?

This is a reply to # 415,567After you talked about that spit test i was kind of interested b/c i read somewhere many people are affected by candida and don't know it. So I went to that site thtat you were talking about and did the spit test this morning. I was just curious on how prevalent the string things that hang down are. I really didnt notice anything "hanging down" per say but I had a lot of floating particles. I wanted to start the Master-Cleanse today (have my lemons and all) but am unsure. - Green Magic and Therapeutica to incr... PJ

This is a reply to # 415,567I read this interesting passage on a website a few minutes ago. they say that it is beneficial to use green magic and therapeutica during The Master Cleanse to increase the alkalinity of your body. You body being acidified during The Master Cleanse is the main reason that candida people cannot do the MC. A lower pH actually is beneficial for the invasive type of candida. So if you take this comb it will increase the alkalinity of your body (make it more basic) and thus less favorable for the invasive form of candida. Maybe you can try adding these two things to the "Ultimate Cleanse" or maybe you can substitute these two for the Master-Cleanse and still do the P&B shakes along with water cleanse. Just a thought. It's a good idea to add these two things, but I'm afraid that it wouldn't be enough with candida, because the problem is very much with the Sugar contained in the maple syrup.
About your spit test, if after 1 hour the spit was still as you described you probably have no problems, lucky you. If you have doubts check in www.threelac.com, there is a little very explicative drawing.
(if so, go ahead with Master-Cleanse and add B&P, you'll like it for sure!)
I am actually extremely fascinated by the zapper of dr Clark, yesterday I made a little search on the net and there are amazing science-fiction little devices that make magic really! I would very much like the idea, yes...
