i began the herbs for the parasite cleanse 6 days after I began the MC. I did not however, do the oil or juice Clark recommends. I simply put the drops of tincture into my limeade and tea. I've had amzing, startling results. I'm on day 10 of the Master-Cleanse and still taking the herbs 5xs a day.
