Just an encouraging note to people worried about doing this cleanse. Today is day 11 for me. My body tests this time to do 14 days, last time was 20. I love this cleanse. And I've done some heavy physical work several days as well, cleaning and scrubbing a house where a friend moved out and had to be cleaned to get the deposit back- pretty old grime. People are amazed and ask if I get hungry or if my energy gets low. I say yes and it just means it's time to drink more lemonade and then I'm fine. One interesting note, my body is requiring less this cleanse that the last. I think it's getting more used to fasting. Good luck and congratulations to anyone doing this great cleanse!
