First of all, I can't say how glad I am I found the forums here at CureZone. I was only able to gather small bits of information about the Master-Cleanse and detoxing but the wealth of information here is incredible. At this point, I've decided to start my cleansing experience but I was hoping to get some information from the more experienced members here.

I should first mention that while I am a relatively young 29 yrs old, I have done some very hard living. This would include overeating, hard drinking and most other forms of excess. I used to stop drinking for a month every year as a form of detox but I haven't even done that in 2 or 3 years. Because of this, I am interested in doing all forms of detox (bowel, liver, kidney, parasite) in an effort to clean my body and get it working the right way. I fear that my fast living lifestyle may make it very difficult to stay on the path but I want to try to put my best effort into it.

Knowing that it may be difficult, I was hoping that someone could give me information on what order I should attempt the various cleanses and which ones it is possible to do at the same time. I read in the liver forum that the parasite and kidney cleanses should be done before the liver cleanse (and I'm not sure where the Master-Cleanse falls in this) but I've read a couple of posts where some people did the MC, parasite and liver at the same time (on a set schedule of days). Personally I think trying too much at once might hamper my efforts but I'm hoping other people's experiences can help be put together a schedule that both makes sense (from an order standpoint) and might be easier to follow. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, I apologize to any members who visit the parasite and liver cleanse forums as well because I plan on posting similar messages there in an effort to get as much information as possible from people who have done these cleanses and/or are currently undergoing them.
