I read your message and I wish it ended more happily. You need relief. I don't know what your resources are or where your live. The body will heal itself if you find the right combination of healing activities. If the doctors have patched you up as well as possible and there is no reason the believe there is any condition that they still need to patch up you need to first find some relief. There are lots of things you could do but if you can afford it I am sure you would get some relief by attending the Kushi Institute in Massachusetts.

If that is not a possibility start out by inventing some things that will bring you relief...get a massage, take warm
Epsom Salt baths for 20 minutes a day, take slow walks, listen to soothing music, and, if you can find or afford one take an infrared sauna.
The next thing is to look around for a doctor who practices alternative medicine. Get referrals in your area.
You should know that you cannot have any caffeine, liquor or chocolate or cigarettes (I hope you don't smoke.)
You need to know how your body responds to the food you eat. You could start by cutting out all wheat and grains and milk and cheese. Then buy only fruits (no oranges or grapefruit), vegetables, whole butter, heavy cream, whole eggs, kosher salt, nuts, beef, lamb, turkey and chicken, herb tea, raw honey, and good oil and vinegar for salads. No pasta, rice, or potatoes. No processed foods. No juices. Drink lots of purified water but not 1/2 hour before or during or 1/2 hour after meals. THAT IS THE EASY OPTION BUT IT MAY BE TOO EASY AND NOT WORK FOR YOU...but everything you try brings you closer to your best answer to your predicament.
If I was in your shoes this is what I would do...be prepared to drink more than 8 glasses of purified water every day. Start living on steamed vegetables with salt and whole butter, and fresh fruit either raw or cooked. After A WEEK add a new food from the list in the paragraph above and see how your feel. YOUR BODY WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN YOU ARE DOING THE RIGHT THING BECAUSE YOU WILL FEEL BETTER OR WORSE AFTER EATING. AFter the first week each day add a new healthy food. See how you tolerate salads.
There is a lot of trial and error involved. I would not try a
Liver Flush without the guidance of a doctor.
I could go on and on and on...When I had no money I used to get relief from reading books by well-loved experts even when I could not afford their advice. One book I can recommend is WELLNESS AGAINST ALL ODDS by Dr. Sherry A. Rogers. She has a list of books including one on the infrared sauna DETOXIFY OR DIE. This is like a college course but the section that tells you about the sauna can be followed. I found an infrared sauna at a health spa but that is rare. It is especially soothing and very beneficial. You do not feel the heat!!!
Okay. I'll stop here. I wish you success.
