I use a 2-quart enema bag from a medical supply store. Use clear, filtered, purified (no chlorine...kills beneficial organisms) water. If you don't have filtration, use bottled spring water. I use it warm, not hot, close to or slightly warmer than body temperature. I use clear water once a day for 2-3 days, then do
coffee enemas for 2-3 days. I use regular coffee made with filtered, purified water, and make it in the morning and let it sit at room temperature to cool down during the day.
If I want to do a
parasite cleansing enema instead of coffee, I add 1-2 Tablespoons of
Black-Walnut Hull Tincture to 2-quart bag. That kills a lot of the little invaders, so be ready for it.
I would recommend starting out slowly, until you get the hang of the process and how it feels. Try the first time with just a cup or two of water at a time. You'll gradually be able to work up to a larger amount of fluid intake, and be able to hold it longer. Be aware of how everything feels as you're doing it, and you'll become comfortable doing it more quickly. This is one of those things you don't want to do quickly, you want to do it correctly. Best wishes, and I hope this is of help.
