The problem which I was refering to,was where people may have too much Potassium in ratio to the amount of Sodium and are to skinny for their body type because of this problem, is mostly caused from people eating foods which contain too much Potassium Nitrate, and this comes from foods which are picked too green most of the time!
A person who has a thyroid body type may never gain much weight and be mostly skin and bones, until their body becomes sick and their thyroid glands stop working and then they may become too acidic and then become Fat!
If a person eats properly for their body type, they may never get Fat and may only be skin and bones and muscle and sized according to their body type!
In relationship to the question about the amount of ACV: If you use a good quality ACV and take it with the Blackstrap Molasses and some Kelp and maybe add some Lime water, then it should help you very much and not cause any of the problems you asked about!
