my only word of precaution here is concerning skullcap herb.
it is a excellent herb for addictions and esp alcoholism
along with a great many other health problems , one such other is *rabies * lol (for real )
it has shown promise against stokes and nervous disorders such as epilepsy and seizures. and is also a natural sedative.
it can help stop involuntary spasms in face (chorea)
and has long been used traditionally to aid in afterbirth removal. after childbirth... and to promote menstruation.
this is where the precaution part comes in/
avoid use if pregnant so as not to risk a miscarrage or early
childbirth.
also make sure you get only Authentic Scutellaria!!!
check to make sure it has NOT been cut or mixed with herbs of the same genus such as pink skullcap.
another related herb that is often mixed with it is germander
which can cause hepatitis and liver dammage.
so make SURE you are only getting PURE UNMIXED Scutellaria
Skullcap and you will be fine
do NOT use pink skullcap (Teucrium.canadense)
or germander.(T. chamaedrys)
btw research ahs indicated in a study done with 634 participants
with cerebral embolisms, cerebral thrombosis, or stroke related paralysis, using an extract of scutellaria improved blood flow in 88 % of the participants... whether injected or ingested did not seem to affect the outcome.
best to you all and i think your post above BTW is superb
