I have a couple of friends using Experience. So, my data is second-hand. My friend is at "DefCon 3", as he calls it -- three capsules per day. His wife used to have a bowel movement once every one to three days. Since starting Experience, they are both seeing dramatic differences in bowel movements.

Yes, your stool will be generally soft and easy to push out -- soft but still (generally) solid. Lots of small pieces is common. An occasional emergency urge to go isn't suprising or all that unusual (for that matter, this seems to be true of every herbal colon cleansing system I've come across).

My suggestion (I am not a licensed medical practicioner) is to hold at four capsules until your "emergencies" subside.

The Experience is great, continue to push more water. I agree with John.Experience breaks up all the impaction in the upper colon and release it sometimes as liquids,small and large hard stools. Hang in there the results are rewarding. CAK
