this is for people who have access to a pool. some health clubs have pools so you could just get a few weeks membership. if your desperate, you will find a way
Go to the deepest part of the pool and swim around for maybe 30-45 minutes or so or longer if you like it, Do this for maybe at least 3-4 days or until your bladder fills up at least a couple times.
The deeper you can go in the water, the more water pressure you can induce on your body.
why? the water pressure will compress the excess water from all your body tissues into your bladder relatively quick.
You will know it is working when you find yourself needing to urinate at toilet much longer than usual shortly after being in the pool. Make sure your bladder is empty before swimming. You will be surprised how much water will empty into it.
For quickness, it probably beats every other method
as far as the methods that tell your to drink a lot of water, that may work for some people but the reality is that most people only drink when their thirsty and will get sick of over drinking the water real fast especially over long term and still bloated.
