I had no idea just how powerful parsley really was!
It can bring on delayed periods, get the colon moving, great for kidneys and bladder.
One site i read mentioned that it can even rid the body of gallstones, as long as they are just small ones.
So eating parsley or drinking parsley tea everyday would be a huge bonus to our bodies.
So eat that sprig of parsley on your plate after every meal.
to make a tea just use 1-2 tsp. of dried parsley and pour boiling water over it, let it steep for 5-10 mins. and drink.
Also you can you a bunch of fresh parsley and add 2 cups of boiling water and let steep. Then drink
3-4 cups a day is about all you need.
Parsley water is also good for the skin, it is supposed to be helpful in cases of acne.
