My tongue is still indicating poor digestion.
I am thinking of taking enzymes, after reading a post on poor digestion, where it was said that enzymes would digest the mucus in the small intestine. Would also Oxypowder help? I am already working on the liver.
I know nothing of enzymes. What do you suggest me?

I hope you'll love sole as much as i do. I also think that the water tastes better with it. I have 6-7 tsp a day, which is a lot, 5 tsp per gallon of water and 2 in the alkalizing drink (recipe of lapis without calcium hydroxide).
Where did you order your okra pepsin? I can't find NEEDS

What is the alkalising drink with salt? I can't find calcium hydroxide around here and the Canning Pantry wants $9 to ship a $3 item! I'm not done looking though..
Yes, I bought the big crystals & they are beautiful!! I think I am going to display the nicest one. I also bought the book, "Water & Salt", LOTS of good info & beautiful pictures as well.
The kidney cleanse is going fine.I suspended it yesterday to do a very productive LF, couldn't resist the new moon, but I am back on it today.
There was definitely some initial pain with the kidney cleanse but that seems to have resolved itself... :)

the drink is damn intense, so I break it in two, and have 2 tsp of sole for each glass. I take one glass in the morning and one later in the day. Before bed, I take ACV&honey because it is mopre relaxing i find (I think it is very important to have a drink before bed for me). The salt and cayenne make the molasses more tolerable (I hate it), it is actually quite good taste all and all.
I don't trust calcium hydroxide, I like moreless and his theories, but I'm not keen on using it. I was thinking of buying water oz, or clark liquid minerals ( http://www.active-liquid-minerals.com/contents.htm ), (recommended by finallyfaith), but I'm still pondering.
I'm contacting the german distributor for the Himalayan Salt because I really would like to use the big crystals. At the moment I just use what I can buy locally.

This is a reply to # 366,288If you use original himalayan sole you may not even need the water oz but if you do, they are angstrom sized and will be assimilated.
The key is enzymes and a non mucous diet to get the ball rolling. The okra pepsin e3 works on the small intestine. Systemic enzymes like vitalzym and fyi restor (garden of life) work to unclog your system (lymph, circulation, etc), and digeswtive enaymes help making sure most or all of your food gets broken down. For this udo ultimate blend is a pretty good choice.
As far as honey goes, make sure the bees roam only on organic fields. Some honey have better properties than otherws depending on waht plants they come into contact with. Manuka honey is very good for antimicrobial action, for instance.

Water oz is an angtrom mineral supplement that can be added to the alkalinizing drink. It is not a substitute for the regular water that dilutes the lemon juice, bsm, cayenne and salt (or sole).
