Subject: [bowelcleanse] 7-day cleanse results
I made it through my juice fast/cleanse. I did 2 colemas every day. Usually coffee/a.m. and clay water p.m., and I did garlic the last 2 mornings. I used Dr. Jensen's bowel book directions. I thought the amount of supplements were excessive and hope to find another product for my next cleanse. I'm thinking Dr. Shultz's products. My results were pretty good anyway. Lots of mucus stools. I had one harder rope about 6" at the end of my cleanse, so I'm anxious to do it again. They were mostly green I'm thinking from all the alfalfa I was taking.
My bowels have been moving well, now that my body seems to be up and running again. Takes me about a minute to evacuate now which is awesome. I hope that continues! Food cravings have changed. I'm not into the sweets. I hope that continues as well. I'm eating more salads. The first day, food tasted sooooo good :) I lost 8lbs so I'd like to get a kick start and lose about 10-15 more. Thank you so much for sharing about your fast/cleanse. Sounds like it was a
great experience for you and one that gave you a good foundation for
continued improvement in health. I've really gotten off track with all
this and your post was such an inspiration and encouragement to me as I have
just started a Colon Cleanse last night with the first dose of Dr. Schulze 's
Intestinal Formula 1. Reading about your experience gave me some added
enthusiasm and motivation.
Congratulations on the changes that you've seen in such a short time and I
hope you continue to move in a positive direction!

Hi, What did you use? I started The Master Cleanse yesterday,(lemonade diet), and I am unable to go to work today. My head hurts, my stomach feels like lead, and my back is in great pain. I will try this diet/cleanse one more day, and if I don't feel better, I will stop. Any feed-back/suggestions anyone???
