You believe in plant-based medicine but don't believe in a plant-based diet? That's illogical. I've been a vegan for 10 years and a vegetarian for 23 years and I watch people getting sickness and disease all around me. Yet my eyes have improved from 20 years ago -- from -6.50 to -4.50. How do you explain that?
I don't take any supplements except Vitamin C and Calcium Magnesium. I have tons of energy and I jog & lift weights at least 3 times a week. I use a juicer to get most of my vitamins straight from fruit enzymes.
I only believe in plant-based medicine also and agree that ALL pharma drugs have toxic side effects because the chemicals are foreign objects to the body. I also agree there's nothing wrong with marijuana -- it's a plant.
I don't understand your dislike of soy. I think you must be confusing genetically engineered/modified soy with organic soybeans. They are two entirely different substances.
Oh yes, I've also smoked cigarettes for 35 years. I'll probably quit some day, but they aren't the sole culprit of bad health like the pharma and meat/dairy industry would have you believe. A study was done on two groups of women -- one was vegetarian, exercised and smoked cigarettes. The other group ate meat, didn't exercise and didn't smoke cigarettes. The exercising vegetarian smokers came out hands down as the healthiest. Go figure.
I think it's sad what the doctors do the trusting elderly who are sick -- they load them up on 13 different medications instead of teaching them about nutrition, exercise, detoxification and the immmune system. In fact, it ought to be a crime what they do.
