color theraphy is for everyone.
All you need to do is apply a bit of learning to properties
in colors, and perhaps a bit of chakra/ aura color properties,
and you are on your way !
colors can deeply affect each person.
feeling over stressed?
put on a calming blue
or a purple
got a big speaking commitment?
a solid blue will help you articulate and communicate well.
feeling down?
how about a bright orange?
to brighten the mood.
depressed?
heavy emotions?
a beautiful pink.
you do not even need to wear a piece,
to get properties from colors.
simply gazing on it,
or laying on areas, can help greatly.
got a painful area?
a nice green.

visualising color is very effective
in releasing negativity and
also in sending healing energies to people.
thus you see many folks *visualising *
bright white light*
into areas that need healing energy.
colors play such an important role in our lives,
and this planet is filled with an abundance of color.
Studies hav even been done on how color
can adversely affect a person.
you can even see this as you learn about chakras etc.
a chakra can be low/ unopened or in balance or over/opened
this is not a good wording to say this,
but some timesover% chakras can have *negative sides
that show up in a person.
It has been proven that people who wear mostly darker colors,
tend to be sicker than others and more drawn to negative aspects.
broaden your clothes to reflect a wider diversity of colors.
you might not be able to wear lemon yellow lol
(very few can ,) up near face,
but that does not mean you can't tuck a hankie in suit pocket
or wear a scarf under a jacket lapel as accessory ,
or wear a lemon skirt, with a white blouse etc.
You are a child of the universe.
you are of divine nature.
We have created a world of every color imaginable

Let your natural intuition and creativity
be your guide.
Also yes I agree if you can sungaze
early am or later past 4/5 pm,
this will help you absorb the full spectrum of color
from the sun.
