I have Tinea Versicolor, My GP Physician also uses Homeopathic Measures, he is giving me Sulfur Tincture, strength 30X, 8 small tabs 3 times a day, he instructed me to take it 3 times a day, and when I see a noticeable difference, to then take 8 small tabs 1 time a day, as he said sulfur continues to work in your system even after you stop taking it, it has been almost 3 days since I started using this preparation, and the Tinea Versicolor is very much improved and is almost gone. Anyone who has this Fungus will know that when you perspire it tend to get worse, I can only see where the Fungus was, so the sulfur is working from the inside out, through prespiration. I have been prescribed a prescription several times, called Nizoral a very strong anti-fungal, and it did not work at all, and it costs around $100.00, not to mention, it cant be good for your system, internal organs etc.
My GP Physician has explained Tinea Versicolor to me as a Fungus that is in the Air and it falls on everyone, and it starts to live and grow on some people and not on others.
You might want to seek out a Homeopathic Physician in your area.
You may want to find out first if you have an allergy to sulfur first, your physician will be able to help you with this. I hope this information helps you.
