Hello all. I lift weights often. What is the best recommendation for healing partially torn muscles? Many years ago I was prescribed to use an unbearably painful electric stimulous device at this medieval doctors office. I assume it sped up my healing. Any idea where I can get my hands on one of these? Besides this any other ideas? Thanks.
The bench press destroys the shoulder in most people. The stabilizer muscles are not trained when lifting weights. You need strand pullers for the shoulders. You can buy a Muscle Stimulator off Ebay for very cheap.
I'd also recomend buying a few tubes of BioFreeze and applying it after a workout, really helps me.
