I don't know what exactly is Parkinson, but I think it has a lot to do with excessive oxidative stress in the brain.
Metal chelation would help, I would suggest antioxidants like alpha-lipoic acid, grape seed extract and L-Carnosine. The three of them are antioxidants that cross the blood brain barrier and therefore protects the brain, carnosine protects from free copper, free zinc and a few others, lipoic acid with an even wider range of metals, and grape seed extract protects from iron in particular and benefits the blood flow.
If the persons have amalgams, eventually they'd need to be removed. In that case, never use lipoic acid; some people think it had the potential to juste move the mercury around, causing more damage.
Chlorella might be a key too. It is though by many to chelate heavy metals, such as lead, cadmium, aluminium and mercury. I'd suggest 20 grams a day, see what happens after 3-4 months.
N-Acetyl Cysteine is recommanded too. If the person buying supplements really have the money, many others supplements can be considered.
That's a very good start.
