I have had a big itchy patch on my right arm for the last few days. So I "clay packed" it today. Really weird, my arm felt cold inside, almost like ice water flowing through it after 10 minutes or so. Maybe from some improved circulation? Anyway, my arm felt cool even though I was sitting in the back yard in the Georgia sun. I also noticed something "moving" around a bit under the skin just behind the clay pack near my elbow. parasite maybe?
Well, its about 6 hours since I did the clay pack and the itching is going down and my arm still feels a little cool. I hope whatever was hiding in my arm ( parasite, infection, or whatever ) will be elminated from my body soon.
In my experience it takes a total of about 3 days for the complete benefit from a clay pack to show. So hopefully no itching in 3 days!!!

This is a reply to # 345,821From my experience, practically all itchy spots disappear after using clay. The main reason why itchy spots occur is because toxins are being removed through the skin at that spot hence the itch. by putting clay there, it pulls out these toxins at a faster rate and so the itch disappears because the toxins are now drawn inside the clay and out of your body.
it is also possible for new itch spots to occur because your body has sensed that it has removed internal toxins successfully and so will program for another group of toxins to come out in a different part of the body. these are not allergic reactions because there are no rashes left after you remove the clay after the itch has disappeared. the skin appears normal as usual without the itch.

This is a reply to # 345,829I have keratosis palaris on my arms. It's a conditon characterized by non-itchy red bumps and they completely cover both my upper arms. Do you think clay paths would help it?

it is very hard to predict if clay works for one particular problem or not. What can be sure is that clay will remove toxins - that is a guaranteed. In the process of removing toxins, a side effect may be alleviation of the symptoms you are experiencing or even an effective cure. you only need to try it and find out. Different people have different physical conditions and are exposed to different kinds of toxins. Clay may work slowly on one person for the same health problem and rapidly on another having the same problem. Very hard to tell in advance. Best is to use clay for a period of time and observe yourself what is happening. What is good is that there is no side effects, even if you take clay internally - just make sure it is a good clay and you use common sense.
