Hi
Today I looked at my throat and I had again two big white spots in my left tonsil. I cleaned them with two cotton qutips and mouth wash.
They are so disgusting. They have bad smell. Last two weeks I have had severe sinus headache, watery eyes etc.
I think they are pus, not merely tonsil stones, because I have so many sypmtoms.
I have been feeling extremely tired, at the point I can sleep all they long.
How can I get rid of this infections FOR EVER.
I am so weak, tired, and emotionally exhausted from all these symptoms I just want to cray sometimes.
Please help me.

Oh my, things are really starting to come up, aren't they? Remember that's a POSITIVE sign that deeper toxins are coming to the surface to be released. Just keep on keeping on! The problem is that I am so weak and tired I even can not cook.
I also need to keep working on my dissertation and sometimes I just want to cry. It is so difficult.
My sinus hurt, my stomach is bloated.
I have had this for over a year. I am so sad.
Are you sure that with the teas and detox baths I am goignt o get better?

This is a reply to # 323,035Absolutely! and if you dont' feel up to cooking, well, fasting is a viable option when there's mucus present, so as long as you're drinking teas and plenty of fluids and sweating once a day you're doing a lot for your health. :)
