cronic sinus/tonsils infection

Hi
Today I looked at my throat and I had again two big white spots in my left tonsil. I cleaned them with two cotton qutips and mouth wash.

They are so disgusting. They have bad smell. Last two weeks I have had severe sinus headache, watery eyes etc.
I think they are pus, not merely tonsil stones, because I have so many sypmtoms.

I have been feeling extremely tired, at the point I can sleep all they long.

How can I get rid of this infections FOR EVER.

I am so weak, tired, and emotionally exhausted from all these symptoms I just want to cray sometimes.

Please help me.
