Wow. That is a good question.

It seems like the salt water in the morning would flush out the parasite herbs before they could do there job. Then at night the laxative tea might make you go before they did their job at night.

How long are you going to do the Master-Cleanse for?

Well, I think this might help you decide. The parasite cleanse takes a good 21 days or so at the very beginning. Then the dose is taper to once per week.

The parasite cleanse is so important I would choose to start it first for the 21 days. Then when you do the lemonade fast you won't feel so terrible, because a lot of parasites will be dead.

If you choose to do them together, you might feel the effects of die off plus detox effects of the fast. A double wammy.

Then again, if your strong and have a lot of determination. You could do them both at the same time. I would take the morning dose a couple of hours after the salt flush, so you don't lose it.
Take the night dose at least 1 hour before the laxative tea .
