Hi Shelley!
If one were to have both parasites and candida at the same time, which I've read often happens, would you treat them simultaneously or individually? If the protocol were individually, which would be first?

I would treat parasites first as getting rid of candida when you have parasites is very difficult. You can treat them "simultaneously" in the sense that whilst you are treating your parasites you are "containing" the candida. But going after both agressively with herbs is not a good idea.

Since the symptoms mimic each other so closely for candida and parasites, how would one know without proper testing which one they were infected with?
