After discovering that it's not easy (if even possible) to buy an enema bag on the high street in the UK, I've been travelling with mine wherever I go! I must say, Dwr Cymru (Welsh water) is a very nice ingredient ;-)

I always take some manner of stool softener on holiday. It's the worst place to not be feeling, well, regular. Messes up your whole day.

I take along "Cholachol" which is a tablet of vegetables and bovine bile and is non-habit forming. Also, I will take along Oxypowder next time I go (having just discovered this).
