colosan is a bowel cleanse. :) Cleanse the bowel first for at least 2 weeks, then you can start doing other cleanses, but keep cleansing the bowel to support the other cleanses adn keep from getting poisoned by the detox process. (see healing crisis post in FAQ). Good luck! :)
